Once again, this year, ROSA had the pleasure of welcoming first-year students from ITS Lombardia Meccatronica for a special career orientation session. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between advanced technical education and real-world industry, giving students a concrete sense of their future career paths.

During the visit, students explored our production facilities, learned about our high-precision products, and saw how the skills taught in the classroom are applied in an industrial environment.

This initiative is part of an ongoing collaboration with ITS Lombardia Meccatronica—one that we wholeheartedly support. We believe that only by fostering a real connection between school and industry can we train skilled, aware, and future-ready professionals capable of thriving in Industry 4.0 and 5.0 environments.
